Your account, your money

Orders go to your own brokerage account. Ruly never holds your money or sees your broker password.

Pricing questions

Do you take a commission or a share of profits?
No. Ruly is a software subscription. We charge nothing per trade and take no share of anything you make. Your broker's own fees still apply.
When does the trial start?
When you connect your brokerage account, not when you sign up, so no trial days go by while you set up. It gives you everything in Pro for 30 days.
What happens when the trial ends?
If you picked a plan and added a card, it continues and the first charge is on the trial end date. If not, your account moves to Free. Nothing is deleted.
Why do options need Pro?
Options use more data, more checks and more support. Trader covers stocks and ETFs; Pro adds options, including multi-leg structures, and the options tools.
Which brokerages work with Ruly?
You connect through your broker's own sign-in. Supported brokers are announced at launch; see the Brokers page.
Can I cancel?
Any time, from your account, in a few clicks. Monthly plans stop at the end of the month you paid for. See the Refund policy for yearly plans.
